We know in India, villages are the backbones of our Nation. The villages are very active and the peasants are very brisk in the early morning. They go to the field and work hard until the dusk. Their entertainment is very limited and they go to sleep early.

Beam of light signals entertainment:

The villagers see the sky and enjoy the beauty of it. The sky is dark during the nights closer to the new moon day. They occasionally witness a beautiful large and bright beam of light in the sky starting from a centre point of a town close by.

The beam rotates in one direction and on the reverse also signaling some thing fascinating. The village kids and elders see the beam of light in the dark sky and escalate in the joy and shouts cheerfully. They know, in the city close by a circus show has come and this is a kind of invitation to them.

To add this invitation, the next day a troop of clowns and Russian artists appear in the village roads with beating their drums to announce about the circus show.

A big bear accompanying them assures that the circus organizers have good collection of animals too in entertaining the kids in the circus show. The least entertained village people decide to go to the circus show on that weekend with their families.

Green lights for Tasty Food:

When we travel in a car on the highways in the night, we see green colored fluorescent tube lights illuminated in the roadside stalls. What do they say?

They indicate that they are roadside restaurants assuring to serve hot chapattis and parathas with chicken delicacies for highway travelers. The truck drivers, tourists, and passerby will break their journey and have a nice dinner in the remote part of the highway. You would have enjoyed a feel of joy with the tasty food in your stomach, if you were there.

Delightful Show Case:

See there, a set of beautiful bridal dress adorned on the mannequins in the showcase of the ready made garment show room on the busy crosscut road in the town. Bright lights fall on the charm full color dresses, artistically worked with mirrors, stones and gold and silver threads. It is good. A powerful enchanting show makes the passing public to register the name of the show room for their future visit.

However, you could see a large crowd is already there inside the show room to quench their thirst on the array of such ready made dresses.You are tempted, but you reserve it to your birthday, coming in the next week.

A number of sets of serial lights flickering on the walls and the front yard of the business house indicate a special occasion. You get a special treatment and offers of discounts and gifts to celebrate the ensuing festival days. The roadside vendors sell a variety of their goods under the powerful sodium vapor streetlights. All the little products are illuminated; they show themselves worthy of their small prices and usefulness.

Go to the top terrace garden of the huge brand names for sale  in the city. Just watch the multiple colored neon and argon lights on sky scrappers advertising the names of the businesses. You see a number of signboards and hoardings illuminated by special focus lights. They invite all the public to participate in their business progress, though the catchwords assure all benefits to the consumers.

Colorful Milky Way:

See the sky just above the city, a milky way getting a mist of mixed colorful light effects. I do not have 'words worth' to explain the lovely scene.

Red a danger zone:

The red light on the signal stops your going on the road. Instead, the red lights in the red-light area in a city street welcome your going there. Be aware. Do not go farther the safety limit. You are in danger zone. Light is a matter of interest in information technology.

Lights on-Start-Cut-Cut!

We know the effect of light and sound in the cine field. Whether it is Hollywood or Bollywood, the silver screen shines after varieties of lights are used. In small screens of television and computers, it spreads the lights on information on all business matters. The mini screens on mobile phones and twinkling mini lights on all electronic gadgets indicate their functions.

Think about a business world with out all these lights. There is no attraction, entertainment and explicitly in business transactions.It is unimaginable to see a business world without lights!
